Refund Policy for Clinic RX

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the discretion of Clinic RX and may be provided in specific circumstances.
Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered except under extraordinary circumstances.
Refunds WILL NOT involve any payments.

2. Refund Process
Request Submission: Clients must submit a refund request in writing, specifying the reason for the request.
Clients can only change the unattended appointments with Clinic RX Skin Care range and no refund on payments will involve.

3. Exceptions
No-shows and Late Arrivals: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals beyond a certain grace period.
Partially Completed Services: If a service is partially completed, a partial refund with Clinic RX Skin Care range may be considered based on the portion of the service completed.

Ensure to include relevant details, such as appointment date, service received and reasons for requesting a change with Clinic RX Skin Care range.

5. Policy Modifications
